- Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Include the original packaging and tags

- Our courier will collect the item from your original shipping address
- They'll get in touch with you to coordinate the pickup time, so you don't have to worry
What happens next?
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and quality check
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping fee is not refundable
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days after submission, depending on your payment providers
